screen printing:

screen printing - rationally used on t-shirts etc can be used as a fantastic way to promote your company, organisation, group or event.

screen printing is founded in the principal of most non-digital printing. each colour used in a logo for example, is printed separately. if a logo is made of 2 colours we need to make up 2 'screens'. these are then attached to our machines and a permanent acrylic based ink is thinly applied to the material. if you have a full colour image there needs to be made 4 screens (CMYK).

to be economical we suggest screen printing to be applied to a minimum of 10 garments - however a 1-off is possible.

you would need to supply us with artwork - either high resolution digital image (jpg, tiff, eps, ai, pdf files etc.) or a high quality printed copy. we do offer in-house design solutions at an hourly rate.

for small runs we also offer digital heat transfers.

we also can individually name and number garments - for example - football kits and "stag / hens do's"
